Project Description: This Request for Proposals is being issued by the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA). LCRA is a conservation and reclamation district of the State of Texas created pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution.
The primary objective of this solicitation is to establish a single or multiple contracts for optical ground wire with vendor(s) who will deliver goods in a timely and efficient manner.
