Description:	This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purpose to enter into a subrecipient agreement funding with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Out of School Youth funds with identify and support organizations that can enhance job readiness and employment opportunities of WIOA eligible out of school youth through work-based learning, paid internships, job readiness training and education and training programs . for Opportunity Youth, helping them overcome employment barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
