The City of Westfield is soliciting proposals for professional owner’s project management services relating to the City of Westfield’s Police Department Building Project.

The project manager shall facilitate, coordinate and manage the construction project and other related activities for conformance with Massachusetts General Laws and the Owner’s established schedule and budget.

Applicants should demonstrate a record of successful experience with projects of this magnitude, similar in Massachusetts in the recent past.

Sealed proposals will be accepted at the address below until the proposal deadline of March 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern time.  Late proposals will be rejected. Proposals will be opened and recorded.

The City of Westfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids wholly or in part; to waive technicalities and informalities; to amend and/or cancel bid prior to the time of opening; to make awards in a manner deemed best to the City; to correct any award erroneously made as a result of a clerical error on the part of the City.
