This RFP seeks to contract with an entity to conduct a process and outcome evaluation of funded services. This includes measuring the broad impact of opioid settlement dollars invested in the community in alignment with strategic goals. As a part of this work, the selected firm or individual will work with county project staff to develop an evaluation design, data collection methods, and analytic approaches, building from existing reporting processes. Deliverables include an evaluation design document, implementation of evaluation efforts, and interim and final reports.
