The City of Reno seeks a qualified contractor to create and implement a comprehensive, multimedia public awareness campaign focused on opioid misuse prevention, education, and recovery. The campaign should prominently feature real-life testimonials from local residents whose lives have been impacted by the opioid epidemic, helping to ensure authenticity, relatability, and community resonance.
