Operator for Scattered Sites - Rental Subsidy

Project Description: Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) is soliciting a qualified and experienced provider to administer a short-term rental subsidy pool for families experiencing housing instability or homelessness, where at least one family member has a serious behavioral health condition. The selected provider will manage subsidy distribution, coordinate with landlords, and offer supportive services as needed to ensure families can quickly access safe and stable housing. This initiative aims to prevent family homelessness, reduce reliance on shelters or unsafe living situations, and support families in achieving longer-term housing stability.
