OHIO OPERATOR CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

Under our current model, users must access three separate services. With the new system it will consolidate existing services into a single, modernized portal. This will allow single sign-on, reports, data, inventory updates, and annual metrics.

The Operator Certification Tracking System solution is a role-based web application that would allow for the management of the entire operator certificate issuance process, including training and facility management. The web application is built on a Microsoft tech stack that can be hosted in a State environment or in our Azure Cloud environment. The Operator Certification Tracking System solution includes, but is not limited to:

Support and Maintenance Software Maintenance will be required yearly as long as the system is live.

AN ACTUAL Statement of Work (SOW) WILL NEED TO BE ATTACHED IN OHIOBUYS

SOW needs to be dated with expiration at least 90-days out
