Description:	This project is to renovate the interior of the existing Operations Center Administration Building located at 2304 S 1st Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. This is an office building is 16,237 square feet and is not equipped with an automatic sprinkler system. The project will be demolished and re-built in two phases while maintaining building occupancy in the existing half of Phase 1 and in the new buildout during Phase 2. Although primarily an interior remodel project, there will be some limited exterior work. New exterior windows, new entry and canopy (add alternate), roof top unit screening and exterior ﬁnishes will be part of the project. Exterior site work updating the parking and sidewalks will be completed during the adjacent BA Jail project. The occupancy and type of the building is not changing, alteration level 3.
