Tarleton State University (herein referred to as Tarleton) is soliciting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement for the operation of the Southwest Regional Dairy Center. Tarleton is an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, TX. It is the intention of Tarleton to contract with a single vendor to provide these services for the Tarleton campus. Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have the qualifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFP.
