16. Description. Operation and Maintenance Services for Swimming Pool, Water Treatment System at U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform the following type of works:

The Contractor Shall Perform Maintenance, Repair and alter installed equipment and system to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition for the bulding system as Electrical and Swimming Pool Water Treatment System for following facilities:

• Facility #430: Main Base Indoor Training Pool


• Facility #1454: Main Base Recreation Pool including Wading Pool


• Facility #5117 Hario Village Recreation Pool

Contract type is a performance based, commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price, single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring line items in accordance with the PWS. The total potential contract performance period inclusive of all options is 5 years/60 months (01 June 2025 – 31 May 2030).
