The Greene County Transit Board is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the operation and maintenance of the Greene CATS Public Transit Service in Greene County, Ohio. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on August 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EDT. Attendance at this meeting is highly recommended. Any questions, clarifications, or RFP amendments resulting from the Pre-Proposal meeting will be distributed to those parties in attendance at such a meeting, and to those who have requested, or been sent, an original RFP. Responses to oral inquiries at the Pre-Proposal meeting will be based upon the information provided in this RFP. All statements made in writing, including responses to any Pre-Proposal meeting inquiries, will supersede any verbal statements.

The deadline for submittal of Proposals is August 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. EDT. A Service and Cost Proposal package may be submitted with one (1) original and three (3) copies in a sealed envelope/package labeled Service and Cost Proposal for Greene CATS Public Transit Service OR electronically via e-mail or on a memory stick in a PDF format in a sealed envelope/package labeled Service and Cost Proposal for Greene CATS Public Transit Service.
