INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Cumberland (OWNER) through issuance of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting Proposals for the 10-year operations and maintenance for Sludge Processing and Disposal.


The City will enter into a contract with the SELECTED PROPOSER for the long-term operation and maintenance for Sludge Processing and Disposal.

In Person Conference Date

Date: July 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the project site on July 9, 2025. The purpose of the Pre-Proposal Conference is for PROPOSERS to familiarize themselves with the site and to ask questions pertaining to the RFP and the Work. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is encouraged but is not mandatory.
