The City of Gloucester seeks proposals, RFP #26070, for Operation & Maintenance Services for the water facilities and wastewater treatment plant from a qualified contractor. The RFP package will be available Feb. 18, 2026 @ 9:00 am at bidnet direct. Proposals will be due and opened electronically on Mar. 30, 2026 @ 11:00 am on bidnet direct

There will be a voluntary pre-proposal meeting at the Water Pollution Control Facility, 50 Essex Avenue, Gloucester on Mar. 4, 2026 @ 9:00 am, and a tour of the facilities to follow ending at 4pm.The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Proposals received after the deadline as recorded by Bidnet will not be accepted. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
