Operating Supportive Housing Program Facility at Lakeland

INVITATION TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for Competitive Contracting Request for
Proposals, #26-22 for Operating Supportive Housing Program Facility at Lakeland for
the County of Camden Office of Community Development will be received, opened and
read in public at the Camden County Courthouse - 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market Street,
Camden, New Jersey 08102 on Wednesday July 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time
by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee.
Copies of the proposal documents must be obtained by registering and downloading
all documents from the Camden County website:

Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference to be held on
Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Camden County Sustainability Building
located at 508 Lakeland Road in Blackwood, NJ 08012. A walk-through of the facility will
be conducted immediately following the pre-proposal conference.
It is recommended that each proposal be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division
of Purchasing, Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-
delivered, proposals must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the
Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is M-F, 8:30 AM to 4:00
PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or
delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the Division of Purchasing later
than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Further submission instructions are found in
the CCRFP document.
Contractors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C.
17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31.
All Contractors are responsible for obtaining complete Competitive Contracting Request
for Proposals documentation from the County at the address listed above. In the event of
any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the Competitive
Contracting Request for Proposals documentation, the Competitive Contracting Request
for Proposals documentation shall control.
