Open/Inspect and Possible Repair of R-114 Air Conditioning Plant Compressor/Motor

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources capable of conducting an open/inspect to evaluate the condition of one (1) R-114 Air Conditioning Compressor.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing; the size standard for this NAICS in number of employees is 1,300. Product Service Code is J020 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment.

This request is only for capability information to interested parties that believe can satisfy this requirement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information:

The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services/supplies consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform requirements in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 11:00 AM HST, 11 JUNE 2026. Place of Performance: Work on the R-114 Compressor will take place at contractor's facilities.
