Open End Design Services Annual Agreements

Annual Service Agreements (for small projects on an as needed basis for a one year period) in the following disciplines: Architectural Civil Engineering Environmental (including Asbestos and Mold Abatement) MP+Fire (including Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering) Electrical Engineering Roofing/Building Envelope Design Structural Engineering Topographic Surveying Test, Adjust and Balance (TAB). UNCA will choose up to three firms for each discipline. Separate submittals are required if submitting on multiple disciplines. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS AS DESCRIBED BELOW. Along with your Letter of Interest, please submit a current SF-330 and an Information Sheet, which is located on the URL above. Please limit submittals to no more than *****10 pages***** that could be printed on front and back. The 10 page limit does not include the SF-330 or Information Sheet.
