Division, plans to obtain informaŸon to serve as market research to help idenŸfy potenŸal sources that
can provide a brand name purchase of one (1) OpŸcal Spectrum Analyzer High Performance model or
equivalent that will be a suitable replacement for an aging equipment. This item shall be delivered to
the Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL), Building 5435 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL. The
