Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on March 5, 2025, and opened by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (ONWASA) to provide one (1) 56.9 horsepower excavator as specified in this Request for Bids (RFB). Bids must be submitted showing unit prices fully extended on the Bid Sheet. The sealed bid response must be mailed or delivered to Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, attention J. Eric Adams, RFB #2025EX, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

NC Certified HUB Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for all opportunities at ONWASA.
