Summary

The City of New Haven, Connecticut is seeking proposals for a new electronic permitting and licensing system that provides a user friendly seamless permitting solution with dynamic workflows. The system must be customizable and allow enhanced searching and reporting.

Background

The Scope of Work, as may be modified through negotiation and/or by written addendum, will be made a part of the Agreement. Through this RFP, the City intends to procure the software functionality listed in this section. Please provide brief itemized answers that correspond to each numbered section that clearly detail how your software provides this functionality.

The respondent is to provide high-quality electronic permitting software that, at a minimum is capable of providing for the migration of data from the City’s existing permitting software and third-party vendor s I i ncluding providing for the transfer of information to and from the City’s Assessors database , provides a seamless permitting solution and dynamic workflows as identified to assist the City’s departments including but not limited to ; Economic Department, Building & Inspections, Livable City initiative, C ity Pla n, Transportation Traffic & Parking, Department of Public Works, Engineering, Fire Department, Police Department, Assessors, Health, City Plan and access to others as identified.
