Online Healthcare Credential Courses
Description:

The City University of New York (CUNY) in inviting qualified firms to submit
proposals for introductory-level healthcare career related micro-credentials (short-term online asynchronous certifications that may be completed in one semester) as part of an initiative to embed career-relevant credentials into CUNY Health and Human Service (HHS) degree programs. The selected Contractor shall provide an estimated 250 CUNY-selected students, who are currently enrolled in HHS programs, with access to redefined credential programs as identified in Contractor’s Proposal and in accordance with the terms of the RFP. This estimate of students is for reference purposes, as the University may elect to implement the Services in additional departments, and the selected Contractor will be required to provide the Services to the number of departments required by the University.

Proposers are asked to carefully read and review this document to determine your qualifications before submitting a proposal.

Any procurement resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New York State Appendix A, CUNY Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and/or a standard CUNY agreement.

The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation.

Compliance Procurement Lobbying Act

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if
they are selected.

  1. "Offeror’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State
    Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)”
  2. Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”

Under the requirements of the State Procurement Lobbying Act all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Office of University Controller (*Designated Contacts). Until a designation is made, communication with any other CUNY employees concerning this project that is determined to be an attempt to influence the procurement may result in disqualification.

Contact with CUNY:

Under the requirements of the PLA, all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
