Online Database Subscriptions - SUNY New Paltz

SUNY New Paltz intends to make an award under discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a) for purchase of subscription renewals to several databases which are essential on-line resources for several different academic departments on campus, for a 1-year term, for the SUNY New Paltz Sojourner Truth Library. Those databases are:

PsycARTICLES, PsycINFO, ACLS Humanities EBook Project, Nexis UNI, Naxos Jazz, Naxos Music Library, Mergent Market Atlas Online, Oxford English Dictionary, Oxford Grove Art Online and Oxford Grove Music Online,

If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above referenced commodity or service, you must contact the person(s) listed in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. A Sealed Bid will NOT be held.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offerer/bidder in relation to pronouncements which meet the criteria of this law should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s).
