Description:

SUNY New Paltz seeks to enter into a 1-year commitment for an enterprise-level subscription to an extensive online course catalog that offers video courses taught by experts in their fields. The courses teach specific skills and tools, and will be used by faculty, staff, and students at SUNY New Paltz. Professional and career development courses, as well as content on online pedagogy, should also be included. Total available courses should be over 10,000. The solution should be able to integrate with the campus' digital learning environment, which is D2L Brightspace. All content must be closed-captioned and transcribed. The solution must support single sign-on (SSO). Digital badging should be available. The 1-year term will begin 08/02/25.

SUNY New Paltz intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law ยง355(5)(a), for the above. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above referenced commodity or service, you must contact the person(s) listed in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Interested vendor in relation to procurements which meet the criteria of this law should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s). The restricted period for this procurement is defined as: From May 23, 2025, until final contract approval by SUNY New Paltz or the Office of the State Comptroller as may be required.
