Description:

Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking to publish online advertising via Google for their Master's in Public Health Program and Advanced Certificates. The vendor must provide the following services for this advertisement. Vendor must develop creative displays for this advertisement. Vendor is also expected to design a landing page for this advertisement explaining in detail the MPH Graduate program and associated Advanced Certificates. Vendor must also provide monthly reporting of traffic to the landing page including success rate. Vendor must support with data the success of the advertisement measured by the conversion of ‘inquiries to applicant’. Downstate historically has through its past advertising programs achieved between 5-7% ‘inquiry to applicant’ conversion rate.

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure or equal, pursuant to its discretionary authority under NYS Education Law §355(5)(b), which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including purchases from NYS small businesses, from business certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and, if applicable, from businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. Interested parties should contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice to discuss this opportunity.


This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor will be required to submit current and valid NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms
