DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a sole source solicitation to procure one (1) OMAX Corporation Model 55100 Waterjet Abrasive Cutting Systems with contractual quantity option of an additional one (1) machine per year for five (5) option years.
Complete technical data package VIBB 25-25-1001 including all technical data, OSHA Certification, installation, training, shipping, rigging, and IUID requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
Request for Proposal SPE4A8-26-Q-0003 is intended to be issued around 24 OCT 2025 and close around25 NOV 2025.
FOB will be at Destination. Inspection & Acceptance at Destination.
This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue the contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
