NOTICE: REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The City of Ward is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to purchase one (1) 1-Ton 4x4 Pickup Truck (similar to a Ford F-350, Dodge 3500, Chevrolet 3500 or GMC 3500) for its Street Department. A complete Bid Proposal Package may be obtained by emailing chasity@cityofward.com . Completed proposals must be received no later than 2 pm (local time), March 10, 2026 at which time they will be opened in public. Each proposal must be clearly marked on the outside envelope; “WARD RFP 2026-01 – 1-Ton 4x4 Pickup.” For additional information, contact Public Works Director Bruce Jones at 501-743-2712. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all responses received. The cost of this ad is $135.02 and is paid for with City of Ward Street Funds.
