San Bernardino County (County), through Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), for One Stop Transitional Age Youth (TAY) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies, hereinafter referred to as "Proposers" or "Contractors," to provide a proposed plan for the provision of One Stop TAY centers within the West Valley, Eastern Desert and High Desert regions of San Bernardino County. One-Stop TAY Centers provide a safe, non-threatening environment where TAY can receive a myriad of direct and support services and can engage with other youth in transition.
