II. Update the Purchase Description for Solicitation SPE4A8-25-Q-0003 to the Purchase Description VIBB 23-35-1305 dated 21 March 2025.

IV. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

V. All responses to Solicitation SPE4A8-25-Q-0003 will be considered valid for 120 days from the closing date in this amendment.
