Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 10/22/2024 for Bid # 24-240: ONE NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF VALLEY ST (CR-638) AND ARNOLD TERRACE, TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE .
