Solicitation of Bids

ONE (1) NEW OR CURRENT YEAR ¾ TON PICKUP

Sealed bids for furnishing one (1) new or current year ¾ ton pickup as specified below, in the attached specifications and proposal, will be received by Patrick Fitzgerald, the City Purchasing Agent, at 25 Cottage Road, South Portland, Maine 04106, until 2:00 p.m., September 10th, 2026 at which time, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late, telephone, facsimile and or unsigned responses to the RFB shall not be accepted. All responses shall be held open to acceptance for sixty days from their opening. Late and/or faxed proposals shall not be accepted. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Bids shall be submitted on the attached bid form in sealed envelopes, plainly marked “Bid #09-27” and shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the above address.
