Electronic bids for one (1) new or current year ¾ ton pickup as will be received by the City Purchasing Agent, at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 1, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Proposals received after the above stated day and time will not be considered.

Bids shall be submitted on the attached form in sealed envelopes plainly marked “Bid # 32-25 for ONE (1) NEW OR CURRENT YEAR ¾ TON PICKUP” and shall be emailed to the Purchasing Agent at the above address. Electronic (PDF) copies of the RFP Documents may be downloaded at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx . Printed copies of the Documents are not available.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner.
