25-005 One Griffin Center Interior Renovation

The City of Griffin is soliciting competitive bids for the interior renovation of One Griffin Center. This will include the renovation of all of 4 floors within One Griffin Center. Floorplan layout will change to meet the needs of the department relocating to the designated space. During construction, One Griffin Center will remain open and functioning. This project must be completed in phases due to the facility remaining open during the remodel. As phases are completed during the remodel, employees will be relocating to the finished areas. Phasing will require contractor to complete each phase, before moving on to the next phase. All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner using the materials and labor as delineated.
