Description
Pursuant to the Request for Proposal ('RFP"), the City of Waterbury, Department of Public Works (the"City"), is seeking proposals from third parties ("proposer" or "contractor", depending on context) for elevator replacements at One Exchange Place (the "Project") with the intention of entering into a contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to execute and properly finish the Project.
