ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
Natchez Water Works is seeking unpriced technical proposals for:
One (1) Crew Cab Truck with Service Body
Natchez Water Works will accept UN-PRICED TECHNICAL PROPOSALS for the purchase of a One (1)
Crew Cab Truck with Service Body until 2:00 P.M., local time, on December 16, 2025.
Specifications and detailed instructions regarding the bid process may be obtained by visiting
www.natchezwaterworksbids.com . Specification response forms, along with all other required information
detailed in the bid instructions should be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, local time, on December 16, 2025,
per the detailed bid instructions. Un-priced Specification Response submissions will be evaluated, and vendors
meeting the required specifications will be invited to participate in the Electronic Reverse Auction process on
December 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Approved vendors will be given detailed instructions regarding the reverse
auction. The Natchez Water Works reserves the right to extend the auction date, if necessary, to complete the
pre-qualification process.

Natchez Water Works hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into
pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged and women’s business enterprises will be afforded the full
opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of
race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Natchez Water
Works reserves the right to reject any bids and all bids and waive any informality. Natchez Water Works reserves
the right to award this contract based on the lowest and most responsive bidder which meets or exceeds the
specified need of Natchez Water Works and stays within available funding.
