BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION

1. Bids will be considered and reviewed for ANY electric van manufacturer which meets general specifications for an approximate 4WD Electric seven passenger van.

2. Dealers are to bid a new 2025 model.

3. Complete bids including “data required for rating vans” hereinafter requested are to be submitted on or before the date and time due and signed by the person authorized to represent the bidder.

4. The complete unit including all accessories and extras, together with parts lists and service manuals, to be delivered to the Recreation and Senior Services Departments, 281 County Road, (library lower level) Barrington, Rhode Island.

5. Time required to make delivery shall be stated in each bid.

6. All proposals SHALL BE submitted on the attached bid sheets, and each bidder is required to submit with their bids complete Manufacturers Specifications on the unit to be furnished.

7. Bids offered which do not meet minimum requirements may or may not be considered. All exceptions must be listed.

8. The Town of Barrington reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most acceptable to the Town of Barrington.

9. Vendors are required to submit two (2) copies of their bid.
