Project Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide Department of Health and Human Services (“DHHS”) Juvenile Justice and Youth Services (“JJYS”) youth who reside in Ogden (2 sites), Farmington, Salt Lake (2 sites) and Provo with on-site group music lessons in voice, piano, guitar, and percussion to build their confidence, enhance their learning, and help them transition back into their neighborhood schools by providing an activity that they are excited about getting into at school.
