On-Site Concrete Crushing with Multi-Size Aggregate Output and Contaminant Removal

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Project,’ consists of providing on-site concrete crushing and processing services for Walton County.

Location: Walton County Landfill

Contract Time: The Contractor shall complete all required crushing and processing within a maximum of 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, unless extended by the County due to weather, equipment failure, or site-access limitations.

Walton County Public Works has accumulated a stockpile of concrete debris at a County-designated site that requires processing into a usable aggregate material. To support ongoing roadway and maintenance operations, the County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on-site crushing and processing services. The Project will convert existing concrete debris into a road-base-suitable aggregate meeting County specifications, improving material availability and reducing the need for purchasing new aggregate from outside sources.
