On-Demand Court/Hearing Reporting Services

The Department needs a Contractor to provide On-Demand Court/Hearing Reporting Services (“Services”), at Department office locations and other locations as directed by the Department. Such Services must be performed in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).

This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with New York State Finance Law, Article XI. The Contractor selected will provide all necessary services as outlined in the IFB.

The procurement is in a restricted period from the date the IFB is issued until a contract has been approved. In compliance with State Finance Law §§139-j and 139-k, the following persons are the Designated Contacts for this solicitation. All contacts/inquiries shall be made by email to the following address: RFP@dfs.ny.gov . Contacting any Department employees other than Designated Contacts may result in rejection of bid.
