Procurement Summary:
The PORT is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing qualified and interested in providing professional consulting services in planning, preliminary and final engineering design (civil, structural, coastal, habitat and electrical), geotechnical investigation and design, land and bathymetric survey, cost estimating, scheduling, permitting, project management, environmental support, bidding support and construction support. The Port anticipates awarding multiple On-Call Professional Service contracts for providing project-based Phase 1 Municipal Stormwater Permit Support (MS4 Permit) services on a task order basis. The selection will be based on the most qualified team(s) that includes all key members whether from the prime consultant firm or subconsultants for all necessary project services and enter into negotiations with the intent to issue Professional Service contract(s) based upon the information provided herein. The period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract, with options for renewal at the sole discretion of the PORT, for a possible total of five (5) years. This contract will not exceed a total of $250,000.00 each contract. Additional funds may be added to meet the Port’s projected service needs during the term of the contract(s).
