The City of New Braunfels seeks proposals for a respondent toprovide professional services related to On-Call Veterinarian Services.

Solicitation documents may be obtained from City of New Braunfels SolicitationPortal WorkdaySpend https://city-of-new-braunfels.public-portal.us.workdayspend.com

Allproposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM (Central Time) November 25,2025 via the online submission process.

Hard copyresponses may be delivered to: City of New Braunfels, City Secretary’s Office, ATTN: Purchasing, 550 Landa Street, NewBraunfels, TX 78130. Hard copy submissions must be delivered in a sealedcontainer, clearly marked with the solicitation number and project name. There will not be a public bid opening.

All questions must be submitted via WorkdaySpend using the Message Center no later than November 5, 2025.

The Cityof New Braunfels reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or toaccept those deemed most advantageous.
