On-Call Utility Services

The City of Framingham will be accepting bids for IFB #PW-1160 On-Call Utility Services for scheduled and on call services to the City for various water, sewer, drainage and related utility projects.   The contract is for three years from June 1, 2025 to June 1, 2028.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal on Wednesday November 27, 2024 after 10:00AM on Vendor Registry https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
