Project Description: The City of Norwalk is requesting proposals for engage the services of qualified and experienced consultant(s) and/or firm(s) to provide task-based transportation engineering services on an as needed basis for work related to transportation planning, traffic engineering and design (including plan review), and construction administration and inspection. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
