This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified firm (Consultant) to provide on-call traffic control services at various locations throughout the City of Palo Alto (City). This includes engineering and design services, traffic control setup and flagging services, and equipment rental. Consultant should anticipate that services requested will have emergency and scheduled work.
