On-Call Trade Services

Cowlitz County is requesting bids from qualified contractors for a wide array of on-call services. Areas of expertise include:

• Carpentry
• Carpet & Flooring
• Electrical
• Glass Installation and Repair
• HVAC
• Locksmith
• Painting (Interior & Exterior)
• Plumbing
• Roof Repair/Maintenance
• Specialized Cleaning
• Tree Trimming

Contractors are not required to submit bids for every trade included in the bid documents. Bids may be submitted for as many trades as the Contractor is qualified to perform. If submitting bids for multiple trades, a separate bid form is required for each trade. Each trade will be awarded one agreement to the lowest, responsible bidder.  Contractors may be awarded more than one agreement if they meet the lowest, responsible bidder criteria.

All bids are due December 4, 2024 prior to 1:30 PM. Additional information on submittal requirements and scopes of work for each trade can be found in the bid documents below.

*Addendum No. 1 issued November 5, 2024 extends the bid due date to December 4, 2024 prior to 1:30 PM and updates the Bid Form.
