On-Call Third Party Review and Modeling Services

The Sacramento County Water Agency (“Agency”) is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services for the review of drainage studies and improvement plans, and modeling services, on an as-needed basis.

The Agency may award multiple on-call contracts in the amount of $500,000 per contract. The estimated contract length will be 3 years, beginning in 2025 with the option to extend the term for 2 additional years.

Consistent with Sacramento County Standards, certain development projects within the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County are required to submit drainage studies and improvement plans for review and approval.

Depending on Agency staff’s workload or the complexity of projects, the Agency may request third-party reviews of drainage studies and/or improvement plans to ensure consistency with Sacramento County Improvement Standards, Sacramento County Hydrology Standards, Sacramento County Drainage Study Requirements, and the Sacramento Region Stormwater Quality Design Manual.
