On-Call Systems and Facilities Design Services

VTA Seeks Proposals from qualified firms to provide systems engineering design services to perform the engineering work for the rehabilitation and improvement of the transit service infrastructure, operations and maintenance facilities.

VTA intends to enter into Master Contracts with up to three (3) qualified firms in each of the categories listed below. Once work is identified, requests for proposals will be sent to the firms that have qualified in the relevant category. The highest ranked proposal for the work will be assigned the Task Order. Since this RFP is funded by Federal, state, and/or local tax dollars, each Contract will have requirements based on the relevant funding sources. Such requirements will be more precisely defined in each contract when the source of funding is known for each scope of work assigned.
