Project Description: The City is seeking qualified companies to provide sustainability services for the City’s Strategic Energy Action Plan Plus (SEAP+) program. Services will include program management and implementation, and will be on an on-call, task-order basis for various business categories including implementation support for four (4) Focus Areas (Buildings, Energy Generation, Transportation, Cross-Sectional), General Sustainability and Workforce Development.
