The City is soliciting Statements of Qualification from experienced engineering firms that would support the City of Redmond (City) Public Works and Planning Departments to assist in stormwater modeling. The City’s watershed modeling strategy includes HSPF for modeling hydrology, PCSWMM for modeling piped networks and HEC-RAS for modeling streams city-wide.
