On Call Soils Management and Disposal Services

The City of Framingham (CITY), invites sealed bids for soil management and disposal services that involve, in general and without limitation, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals associated with mobilization of equipment, testing, screening, stockpiling, handling, re-handling, hauling, weighing, and disposing of soils at appropriate disposal sites approved by the City of Framingham, and in accordance with all laws and regulations, including site cleanup.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026 by 10:00 a.m.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 after 10:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
