On-Call Sewer and Water Construction Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a construction contractor specializing in the field of Sewer, Sanitation and Water Construction Services on an on-call and emergency basis. Work locations are throughout Pierce County. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by purchase order number, addressing scope of work and required time of completion. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor and all necessary equipment to perform a variety of projects.
