Summary

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for On-Call Services for Small Area Plan (Five (5) Year Multiyear Contract) . Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2025 . Late responses will not be accepted.

Project work includes planning, engineering, public engagement, market analysis, GIS mapping, or transportation to participate in an on-call pool (“Pool”) to provide planning services on an as-needed basis for a variety of planning projects included in the 2050 Unified Plan’s Community Work Program.
